We are pleased to announce that Mr Harry Zheng has joined Ark Law as Counsel in our Commercial practice.
Harry has extensive experience in high-value, complex commercial litigation and corporate advisory. He has acted for institutional clients in complex cross-border construction projects, and advised clients on diverse legal issues including shareholders’ rights and illegality in financial transactions.
Prior to joining Ark Law, Harry practised in an international law firm headquartered in the United States, and in a boutique commercial litigation firm in Singapore.
Harry is a valuable addition to our team and we welcome him on board.
